Refund & Return Policy

Spices, dried herbs, and other non‑perishable food items – no returns unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of receipt; we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Virgin Coconut Oil (500 ml & 1 kg) – Eligible for a 7‑day return if:

• The bottle is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• The oil shows signs of spoilage, off‑odor, or does not match the description.

Return Procedure

1. Email admin@wayanadnatural.com with order number and reason.
2. We will issue a prepaid return label (if the fault is ours).
3. Upon receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase price (including shipping) to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non‑returnable items – Any product that has been opened, used, or is perishable beyond the above conditions.
